Positive Negative

The oneCloud documents are powered by Google Docs. Google Docs is a web-based application, composed of a word processor, a spreadsheet, a presentation, and a forms editor. Together they offer you an incredible powerful platform from which you can create and store your documents using the reliable Google platform. Most importantly, it allows you to collaborate with others in real-time. In a way you should look at iCloud documents as a web-enabled version of Microsoft Office. Like the Microsoft platform, you will be able to work offline, but when online, you will be able edit the same documents with multiple users at the same time.

You can create your documents using just your browser and you can export and import the documents to you local computer in a variety of formats including OpenOffice, HTML, PDF, RTF, Text and Word. In addition, it also allows you to upload and share PDF files.
